Shipping and Returns

1. Shipping

Orders placed by 2pm that are in stock will be shipped that day by Royal Mail Standard Parcel service, which normally takes 2-3 working days. Orders placed by 2pm that are not in stock will be manufactured and shipped within 5 working days and shipped using the same service.

We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Customer or any other person/company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Unless otherwise agreed we may deliver by installments. Should the Customer request for the delivery to be by installments a further agreed carriage charge will be applicable.

We will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that we are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any Goods by any reason or cause beyond our control.

2. Refunds & returns

We guarantee to replace or refund any Item that does not meet with your complete satisfaction.  All we ask Is that the Item is returned to us within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging. 

If you are not satisfied with any product, please e-mail customer support within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number/invoice number, the e-mail address you used to order, and reason for dissatisfaction. Our Customer Care department will review your request within 24 hours and work with you to meet your expectations. If at fault we will offer either: a full refund or a new item sent out.
